What is saved?

When you select “Create & save”, the service stores your entered contact fields, the chosen template and language, uploaded portrait and logo, the exported card, and the creation timestamp. The operator can access these through a private administration dashboard.

Technical records include your IP address, a keyed hash of your IP, browser user-agent, browser language, screen dimensions, and browser-reported timezone. They help administer usage and limit abuse. These values do not establish your identity, precise location, or device ownership. The service does not collect GPS, fingerprints, or information from other apps.

Preview, uploads & access

Preview requests process your fields and images without creating a saved card. A temporary hashed network counter is stored for rate limiting. Uploaded PNG, JPEG and WebP images are decoded and re-encoded with metadata removed. The saved portrait and logo are these cleaned image copies. Private downloads require the creating browser session or an authorized staff login. Keep your downloaded image safe: anyone receiving it can scan the contact data encoded in its QR.

Retention and deletion

The configured retention period is 180 days. The operator must run the scheduled cleanup to remove expired records and images, and align backup deletion with this period. You may request access, correction or deletion by contacting the service operator. Operator contact: configure a monitored email here before public launch.

Google Analytics

Google Analytics loads only if configured and you opt in. It receives general page visits, template selection, card language, creation and download events. The application does not send your name, contact fields, uploaded images or card identifiers. Google may process network and device information as part of receiving events. Disable enhanced measurement of forms and URLs in your GA property, as described in the installation guide. You can change your preference using the footer.

QR and contact saving

The QR carries a vCard 3.0 contact record rather than a hosted profile. Supported scanning applications show a contact import action; final saving is controlled by the phone and usually requires confirmation. Download the VCF file if your scanner does not recognize the QR. Handling of office extensions varies by contact application.
